We meet and connect.  I listen to hear the stories and history of your loved one that has passed. It is important that we ensure the ceremony brings to life the “dash” between the dates of birth and death.  I will then prepare a tribute to reflect your loved one’s life, character and impact to be delivered with respect and dignity.
